A Word From Our Managing Director

Our Safety Systems

We have spent a lot of time to make sure we have a fully functional safety system, that not only documents our processes but is an actual a working safety system specifically designed to meet our legislated obligations and manage the safety of our organisation. We have successfully implemented a system that not only provides preventative measures against accidents and injury but encompasses and adapts to our customers safety systems enabling us to work hand in hand with most safety systems.

To this end we have developed a HSEC Pre-Qualification Safety Manual that we give to each of our customers so that they are completely apprised of our safety processes and procedures. We have worked at making our safety systems practical and efficient enabling us to provide our customers with safety information about our business and people in the quickest time frames using the most modern technologies without dismissing those in site offices that only have a fax. We have worked at having a practical system that encompasses ALL our customers’ needs.

We would like the opportunity to become a prequalified or accredited mobile crane supplier for your company. We would welcome a safety audit process from your company to enable us to be prepared to service your company should the need arise. We have found it prudent to have several of our crane teams inducted on a potential customers site prior to them using us for those emergency jobs that come when you least expect them and your regular crane supplier is unable to supply. It is an efficient tactical response that smart businesses adopt.

Crane Safe Program

At Structural Cranes we support the Cranesafe Program, voluntarily submitting each of our cranes to the CICA appointed body to carry out annual inspections ensuring the mechanical integrity and safety of all our cranes. We also use independant companies to inspect our lifting gear and equipment at quarterly intervals and carryout independent NDT structural integrity inspections on each crane as required.
